Shipping policy

Processing time: orders are processed within 1-3 business days. You will receive an email with your tracking number when your order ships.

Delivery time: standard delivery takes 10-15 business days after shipping. Delivery may take slightly longer during the holiday season.

Holiday orders: to receive your order before Christmas, order by December 1.

Shipping costs: any shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking: every order includes tracking. If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 days, or your order hasn't arrived within 25 business days, email alekmouradianempresiarial@gmail.com and we'll make it right.

Customs: some countries may charge import duties or taxes, which are the customer's responsibility.
